Discipling Tips:

• Tips in helping them to develop a plan: Helping someone develop a plan can be difficult because they need your assistance in the beginning but you want the Lord to be driving it.  It is also very overwhelming processing through all the notes taken during their learning circle. 

  • Truth Train in the 3 scriptures that stuck out to them the most.

  • Here are 4 questions I have been using to help in this process.

    • What’s the main observation identified?

    • What is the lie identified?

    • What is the core truth that spoke to your heart that combats that observation/lie?

    • What is the key scripture that core truth is based upon?

  • Ineffective Plan = Example of a plan that doesn’t work…Not simple, attainable or achievable (handwritten one below)

  • Effective Plan = Example of a plan that works and has been very helpful in walking out the truth and can be worked anywhere (typed one below)
